About Hachioji
In 2017, Hachioji became the first town in Tokyo to celebrate its 100th anniversary since the establishment of a municipal system. Hachioji possesses an environment blessed with nature, which is represented by the famous Mt. Takao (Michelin Green Guides Three-star mountain). There are more than 100 shrines and temples that tell the rich history and culture of the region, and it is also known as an academic town where 21 universities are based.
Conference Site: “Tokyo Metropolitan Tama Business Activation Center”
The Tokyo Metropolitan Tama Business Activation Center will be completed in 2022. The conference site is only three minutes’ walk from Hachioji station, and the facility has 7 floors, along with conference rooms and several other meeting rooms that can be used for various purposes, such as symposiums. The exhibition hall has a floor space of about 2,400 m2.
